How long does it take?
Our services, including warranty check & quotation, and calibration & maintenance, typically takes 10-14 days combined. This does not include the time to ship your product to and from UPRtek.

How to track your ticket status
After you submit your form, we will email a ticket # to you. You can refer to this ticket # and correspond with us through email or …
You can also use our tracking system to check on your ticket status at any time. However, you will need to login and/or register.
Where to find Serial Number
The serial number is usually on a label attached onto the product’s exterior case. The serial number is located under the bar code and starts with “H”. Otherwise, please click here to see examples.
